Nice location! But the heater didn't work so my wife and I passed a terrible night, I sent a message to customer service and they told me that they going to send somebody to fix the issue. Never come anybody! I sent a message to ask them if I can use the chimey, i they never has an answer so i didnt used. TERRIBLE NIGHT. We use the jacuzzi, and when we get out to take a shower we found that the hot water handle was loose so you can not open and get hot water. The refrigerator wasn't working, in the morning I tried to make coffee and when I opened the coffee machine, the old used filter was filled inside dirty, the kitchen light wasn't working. Im Posting a video of the shower an picture of the coffee machine They need to take care the maintenance area, the location is great and the cabin are nice but the need to give this hotel a lot TLC.

The property was reasonably clean, but many issues. Upon arrival there was no toilet paper, I let management know and some was delivered. There was coffee and a kitchenette however no mugs or even paper cups to drink the coffee. We had brought a few grocery items including milk, but the fridge was not working. There was no cutlery and no bowls for our cereal. I let the host know, but no response. The WiFi did not work. The jacuzzi did not work. The host was initially responsive but then stopped responding to messages. Waste of money and a lot of hassle.

Host was communicative and helpful, house was clean and had everything we needed!

The heater in the cabin was not work properly, and I requested for a heater which I never received it. My girlfriend got a bad headache due to a cold cabin at night.
