Charming 2 Bd Suite - Bear Manor #13

There were no towels, the body wash dispenser was empty and the sheet wasn't fitted so half way through the night, I ended directly on the mattress. The fire alarm was disconnected from the wall and didn't work and the deadbolt stuck. We ended up getting locked in. When we got it open, we decided to leave it unlocked which made me nervous. The other issue was the booking. You have to pay directly through Venmo or Zelle. They told me my credit card wasn't working but it was. The issue was on their end but they didn't tell me that so I spent time during my work day trying to figure out what was wrong with my card. Then I was told my reservation was going to be cancelled even though the issue wasn't on my end. It was hard to get a response but I called Vrbo and they called the owner who was responsive so it eventually got figured out. it was very time consuming and stressful thinking my reservation would be cancelled and my friend and I would have no where to stay. It's a nice place through in a great location. After skiing, I enjoyed soaking in the hot tub in front of the fire place while watching TV. If I went again, I'd bring my own linens, toiletries and fire alarm.

Was very quiet nice place. Hard to find any person on site.

Loved this cute property. Loved the location.
