Peaceful, Unique Hot Tub in Kitchen - Bear Manor#9

False advertisement. There was no couch, no seats, no grill. The trash cans were left full. Dishes left in the sink. Used towels left on the hot tub. We did not stay there. We left within 10 minutes of walking through that door. Expecting a full refund.

Our experience at this place was extremely disappointing and completely unacceptable. The apartment was in very poor condition, clearly not well maintained, and we did not feel safe there. It was also missing important furniture and essential items.There was not even a proper place to sit in the living room — no sofa to watch TV, not a single chair, and no table where we could sit or have breakfast.The kitchen lacked many basic necessities; there was no can opener, no proper cups, no bowls, and only one pot without a lid. Even the dishes and kitchen utensils were dirty.The level of cleanliness was far below acceptable standards. We found spiders inside the apartment, including one on the TV remote and another on the floor. The jacuzzi was dirty and it was obvious that it had not been cleaned or sanitized before our arrival. The beds were not properly clean, and there was a noticeable amount of dust and dirt underneath them. The overall lack of cleanliness made us feel uncomfortable and disturbed, even while trying to sleep.To make matters worse, the door was broken from the inside, which seriously affected our sense of safety and peace of mind. We took clear photos documenting these issues as evidence.This stay completely ruined our honeymoon. What was supposed to be a happy and memorable occasion turned into a stressful and frustrating experience due to the unacceptable condition of the property.Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this place to anyone.

Very clean very cozy walking distance from alpine slides and other amenities Host was very friendly and communicative

We tried staying but the listing mentioned 2 beds when we got there it was only 1 bed we had to talk to the property manager and luckily for us he was ok with us leaving and returning our money back since there was also missing towels, pillows, curtains and a whole bed.

Room wasn’t what was promised. Had to use two different cottages to take care of sleeping and hot water.
