I enjoyed my stay

The hot tub had many cracks and chips and looked like it was old and never maintained at all. We were very disappointed because that was the main reason that we chose that cabin. The two queen beds were very uncomfortable o lay on. We also found stains on the sheets of one of the beds. The sheets did not smell clean at all. They smelled old and musty. We left after 3 hrs and didn’t even spend the night. I messaged the owner Adrian several times asking for a refund and that we had left and picked up after ourselves but he completely ignored us and never replied. Overall good location, cabin is not maintained, owner is rude by not responding. Plenty of other places to stay in Big Bear.

The finish on the bottom of the tub needs to be re done, peeling paint.

Things were great! However the WiFi password didn’t work, we were able to make do without it! Thanks for everything!
