I reported no blankets and other issues that were not addressed I want to be clear that the issue I reported has not been addressed.My message was not about needing bed sheets or being reminded of the checkout time. I reported serious cleanliness and condition issues with the property, including dead bugs and what appear to be urine stains on the mattress, as well as the overall condition of the cabin. These are the reasons I stated that we cannot remain at the property.Your response that someone is coming outside to bring bed sheets does not address the condition of the mattress, the dead bugs, the sanitation concerns, or the fact that the property is not as advertised.I also want to correct one statement from my original message: there is a smoke detector. I acknowledge that correction, but it does not change the other conditions that led me to leave.At this point, I have packed our belongings and am leaving the property. I am requesting a full refund for the stay because the accommodations were not in the condition reasonably expected from the listing and I do not consider them acceptable or suitable for us to remain in.I have documented the condition with photographs and screenshots of our communication. I am asking that VRBO review the situation based on the evidence and the fact that the property manager’s response did not address the actual problems reported.Please confirm in writing that this complaint and my request for a full refund have been received

There was a Futon, not a sofa as pictured. My husband is handicapped and a futon is hard to manage. Very low to the ground...2 chairs were coming apart/broken. No pillowcases, only the shams that matched the comforter.Initially in ad, there was no mention of the 100 deposit and that it would take so long to get it back. Not that bad, but worth mentioning. Only coffee no sugar or dry creamer. Really?

The picture that is depected in the online booking is a far cry from what the cabin looked like upon entering. The curtains barely covered the windows. The type of fireplace was amazing. The futon in the living room was uncomfortable to sit on. No side table on the left side of the bed. Lack of pillows.
