Lovely, Cozy Jetted Hot Tub Cabin - Bear Manor #6

I rented this cabin specifically because of the jacuzzi. I arrived at the facility the night of a snow storm and there was no hot air and no hot water in the building. After a long day of snowboarding, I was unable to shower because the water was ice cold. I was unable to sleep in the room because the central heating wasn't working. I contacted Vrbo and after hours of phone conversation, they sent a maintenance man who didn't speak english and he left without fixing the problem. The host gave me the option to move to another room. I was forced to carry all my stuff through the snow to the other room they gave me an access code for. When i arrived at the room it was occupied! I was standing in the snow in my sleeping clothes because of the host. I was forced to sleep in my van with the heater on because the building was too cold to sleep in. The host will not refund my money and was unable to provide a room that was safe to sleep in. Do not stay here!!! They will literally leave you standing in the cold during a snow storm and they will deny you a refund.

It was all good. Everything walking distance. Enjoyed alpine village right next door

jacuzzi tub was cracked and broken with sharp edges No wash cloths or hand towels No kitchen towels or dish rags The dirty sponge left behind was so bad I had to wash my hands after throwing it out Floors could use a mopping Beds were comfortable Linens clean Location was fantastic. This was a low rent rental and you get what you pay for.

Hidden gem! Grab this property for a few days and relax. You deserve it

Such a pleasant little cabin in the mountains. So clean and neat and a wonderful spot to stay near the village.
