Charming Timber Have Lodge (Studio) Cabin #8

Nice quiet spot, hot tub was great, fireplace was beautiful and we woke up to fresh snow. Will stay here again.

The entire property was a mess. Broken glass in the parking lot and trash strewn everywhere. The outdoor spa looked like a swamp. The indoor jacuzzi was nice but they didn't provide a single towel. I've never rented a place that didn't have bath towels to dry off, especially when there's a huge jacuzzi in the front room! There was multiple types of human and pet hair on the pillows and blankets. An empty jar of coffee grounds. An empty toilet paper roll hanging from the wall. I could hear someone walking loudly on the second floor all night, long past midnight and very first thing 8am in the morning it woke me up. Actually i believe it was someone that lived on site. But i would know because they wouldn't answer their phones. I didn't see anyone that worked there and couldn't get ahold of anyone on the phone. If you are looking for customer service, look somewhere else.

It looks just like the pictures. No complaints there but the disappointment starts here: I couldn't control the thermostat; no internet the first night so no tv. I emailed and called the manager no response until morning. I also contacted Vrbo and they were unable to reach anyone either. The refrigerator was not working, I through some food away because it was 81 degrees in the room. Ending on a positive note, the bed is fabulous!
